Generations Empowered, not-for-profit, is the bridge that connects those seeking help with balancing different cultures. We provide help for all those seeking mental health and guidance coping with life in America.

Our experienced Social Workers and Counselors offer one-on-one counseling, group counseling, and educational workshops at low to no cost to those experiencing cultural challenges living in Chicagoland or across the world

We provide services to individuals, cultural community centers, government entities, employers, and schools.

31% of Asians reported they had been the subject of slurs or jokes since the COVID-19 outbreak began, and 26% said they had feared someone might threaten or physically attack them because of 
their race or ethnicity.

Americans see disadvantages Hispanics in the U.S. A majority of all adults (51%) say being Hispanic hurts people’s ability to get ahead at least a little.

Overall, about a quarter of Latinos (24%) say someone has discriminated against them or treated them unfairly because of their background, while 22% say someone has criticized 
them for speaking Spanish in public. About 20% say they have been told to go back to their home country, and about 16% say they have been called offensive names.
